Dam man, I’m so happy I found this channel dude, I just completed my first brisket, man was I scared, it was actually good enough to eat, was a little dry, but I used the drippings to kinda hydrate the meat. Man hopefully one day I’ll be hauling my smoker around. Glad to see you where you’re at now. Love from Cali, but every summer I visit sugar land to see family. And whataburger is king!!!!
