I truly LOVE YOU! This video really really hit me in so many ways, and as I was watching this beautiful message of yours, my Mother, and ho is 80 years young, texted me a beautiful picture of herself, and wished me, and her other daughter, my sister, and my children, a good day and she said she’s sending us all “good vibes” and loves us all… see…. I have been sharing your beautiful videos and bits of my Spiritual journey with her for over a year now, and I have seen such a beautiful light turned on in my Mother, who has always been an amazingly strong and good hearted woman, she just never understood the Spiritual world… from just living her life and upbringing as a devout Catholic, very “religiously regimented” and my intentions are never to take that away from her, I would never try and change or alter her beliefs, or religious affiliation…. As I also grew up in the Catholic Religion, receiving the sacraments, and attending Catholic private schooling… and I have a respect for it, I just do not choose to practice it. Anyway, my Beautifulmother is such a fan of you!!! You have made such a difference in our relationship, and I truly AM SO GRATEFUL FOR YOU, and it just brings me to tears, because I have waited my whole earthly life, being 52, to connect and feel like my long lonely, spiritual journey was worth all the struggles, and also what a miracle that I am even here to now learn and live and serve others in the rebuilding of this new Earth…. As I am in recovery for a little over a year, I have survived several overdoses, and a near fatal car accident, being brought back to life more times than I can count…. But I know now with everything I know, that it has made me a Warrior, and my God as I know Him, has a BEAUTIFUL, WONDERFUL Purpose for making it thru all my trials and tribulations, and I do know it is to serve humanity, and help those who are, and have gone thru similar things… and I WILL BE THE HOPE FOR THOSE WHO HAVE LOST HOPE!!! I will carry that until they can see it someday for themselves!!! Because no one should be thought of as hopeless, or unworthy, I would never be here if my family gave up on me!!! They didn’t! Never ever give up TO ANY OF YOU!!! We are not our addictions, we are not our mental illnesses, we are not our bad choices we made, we are not our scar’s, we are not our past, or color, our sexual orientation, our gender identity, SO PLEASE KNOW YOU ALL ARE PERFECT THE WAY YOU ARE! And NEVER GIVE UP! I am living proof of every possible fuck up, and hot mess of so many years, and before I knew it, I gave up because of shame..:. But my family held the light and hope for me, as I am here to do for any of you who may feel the same! It’s okay, baby steps, and I love you all very much! Thank you for reading this❤️❤️❤️❤️

When observing traumatic memories, it is even more important to forgive the whoever or whatever caused the pain and forgive ourselves. Just observing does not move it anywhere it just keeps it locked into the body to come up again later. Forgive to heal, heal to love.
Forgiveness doesn't make what happened okay, it makes you done with it. 🙏🌌✨️

I appreciate this message. To anyone reading this message. In order to gain strength and become stronger we must come in contact with trials and tribulations, one key 🔐 thing I heard in this video was - "The soul is only exposed to what it is able to Handel." Now really think about that for a minute, it does make a lot of sense right ? Exactly, it had to, the only way it wouldn't is if you were to deny your feelings or understanding of them. So I challenge you and myself to go head up with those bad emotions and feelings and become master of those uncomfortable situations and feelings by not running from those feelings of discomfort. Instead I challenge US ( you and me ) ( WE ) - collectively to no longer allow those lower vibrations to take us over. They are stepping stones. NOW STEP ☮️❤️💡
