The key word is cash flow. If you don't have any or enough cash flow, you are not considered as well off or able to play this game of money.

I don’t feel like this video is for me, I never had the dream to start my own business.
So I don’t really get the hole think about leverage.
And even if I was, I’m in debt, there is no bank that would lend me money.
Family has there own problems, even if the would like to, the can’t give me a loan.
Nothing to infest in, so I think I’ll skip this one.
