Why anyone would still use a sharty old fashioned flare tool when you can use an orbital flare tool. Its so much smoother and less chance of cracking edges of the flare.

video starts half way through, instead of telling us the obvious of having the threaded end stick out, ha ha, I was hoping the video would tell us how much the pipe needs to stick out of the clampy thingie before pressing the flare tool into it
