you should check out their upgrade options, i save up almost 70% upgrading PT5 to PT7, then PT9 to PT10. :)

Hi thanks for the sharing. How do you get the expanded sends view up in PT 11. When I right click my meters I don't see as many choices as you have. Also how can I get meters in my sends again I don't see all the features as you show wider meters etc. Thanks for sharing & help & time

Hello ruhsuhl, If I can help I use Pro Tools for mastering (and mixing) and I say that Pro Tools works very well to help me master my songs. Even if you do not have any other plug-ins but the stock plug-ins, the stock plug-ins are great tool to start mastering tracks!

I'd like to see a pro tools version that doesn't require digidesign, or m-audio hardware. i have an awesome alesis io2 that gives me really good quality monitoring and recording but is not compatible with PT. please lighten your grip on digidesign and m-audio requirements.

aha its the HD version with all the gizmo's & sexy faders : )' is pt 11 upgradable to HD or its a completely different app. I wonder if it would see my nanopads like express did & pt 10 did but not pt 11. be patient is what avid said for pt 11 not recognizing some of my 64 bit midi devices to run the virtual instruments/ why it saw my triton m3 & m1 even an emux49 but no nanopads2. I hope the update will come soon

PT is a well thought out DAW. But when it comes to all that audio-stuff, there is a much more professional DAW: Samplitude.

Hi Avid need help Spoke to George your on the phone tech. My korg nanokeys & pads2 usb 64 bit midi controllers which works fine on my Pro Tools Express & PT 10 are not recognized by PT 11. He moved my problem to level 2 tech I also have other midiusb devices that sometime are recognized sometimes I need to restart PT 11 is there an update in the works? thanks for your help & time
