The full editor is not available at this time in PT11, however there is the Mini 11R Window that embeds in the Edit Window. This allows you to adjust volume, change rigs, ect... and you still have embedded rigs. Hopefully there will be a full editor that is PT11 compatible in the future. Looks like we just have to wait and see.

With PT11 you can co-install PT 10.3.6 (or higher), the 11R on-screen editor is still available in PT10.

They just keep getting better and better at making there new and improved software. Ive been with pro-tools from the start and i cant complain at all. Never tryed logic but im pretty sure logic does not even come close to beating pro tools.

Samplitude  Pro X  has had  this for years . I have both Protools 10  and Samplitude Pro X  .

How does it not come close? I walk into most studios and we use protools. Logic is a good production suite but when it comes to the nitty gritty of audio and mixing just cannot compete with protools.

just want to let you guys know my computer still shows that almost all the processing happens on one of my 8 threads and there's so many spikes to 100, pro tools crashes so often.

Using pro tools has stifled my creativity so much. I really need to switch DAWs because after paying $500 for PT11, 12 came out. There was no upgrade option for MP8 to 11, but now there's an upgrade option for 8 to 12. FML.

I want a stable DAW.
