2020 Getrag 7HDT300 SlideShow

Getrag exhibits two variants of the 7HDT300 for medium-sized vehicles at the IAA. The mild 48 V version has an e-machine that provides 15 kW. Thanks to its oil cooling the continuous output is strong enough to enable electric driving up to 20 km/h. In the plug-in hybrid version with 400 V, an e-machine with a peak performance of more than 75 kW is installed – in the same transmission housing. The plug-in hybrid enables both efficient and sporty driving, as well as electric driving over longer distances.
The “mild” 7HDT300 achieves savings of approximately 15 to 22 percent compared to a conventional drive. The plug-in hybrid allows for fuel savings of up to 80 percent in the NEDC, including the ability to drive using electricity for longer distances.
