KitKat - I have a particular way of eating Kit Kat:
1) Start with the short ends (the sides) bite them off,
2) Then move on to the longer ends/ sides, bite those off too
3) Then dismantle the top wafer from the bottom wafer and eat that
4) then eat the bottom wafer
Eating it any other way is barbaric, and just doesn’t taste like KitKat.
And Reece’s Pieces – start with the edges and work your way around the circle, and then eat the center bit.
I can’t think of any other foods that I just *have* to eat in a particular manner.

i have so many different habits, i used to do the knock on table in middle school without really noticing just out of natural habit. depends on the mood
