I saw some comments that this isn't affordable. But all these dry fruits, oats, chana, fruits and vegetables are less expensive than that of your overall monthly consumption of junk food and healthcare bills. Besides, you only consume a handful of nuts everyday, not a packet of nuts per day.🙂

Upma, poha, paratha, bajri ka rotla, roti, aur 1 2 month me sandwich aur han chai compulsory
Garam nashte k bina mai nhi reh sakti, humne bachpan se yhi khaya hai but phir mai lunch nhi karti, satvic movment ko follow karne k baad, almost 3+ years se lunch karna band kar diya, lunch me fruits/ salad/ nuts leti hoo lunch me aur dinner jaldi se jaldi karna try karti hoo
Regular workout karti hoo, mai 40+ hoon slim aur healthy hoon

I start the day with soaked almonds and walnuts. This is followed by one fruit, one carrot, one cucumber and lettuce. After an hour i have oats cheela or poha or suji cheela or upma. No bread and i avoid parantha. Its amazing for the gut....light and easy and delicious too.

As being a school student and waking up at 5.30 am because schools are at 6.45 am I don't prefer to eat anything and have fast till my recess that's break time bcoz at starting 4 - 5 days I tried to eat something and go but whole day I felt like vomiting and it was actually my worst day and I had apple and milk...
Next day I had drunk fenugreek seed water.... I was not able to do so that's the reason I don't have any early morning foods 😊...
Btw you'll are much much muchhh healthier than me and so fit n fine and I am 13 years still I am too much unhealthy but from the day I started watching this channel I now literally feel like I am healthy, fresh, hygienic and safe too ❤...

That's a very good suggestion! But it cannot be easily afforded by some poor or middle-class families, except for you all. So we should just accept and be happy with whatever we can afford and eat together, followed by praying and joyfully having even just white rice with only dal. "Acceptance is the best" for mental well-being that you taught us, Satvic Family. 🙏😊😊

See people who cannot afford choose it wisely even i come from background where i cant afford dryfruits on daily basis...50rs ke sirf 30 to 50 grms nuts milte hain ..so weekly once we or twice we can have...sprouts are affordable ...and khichdi, veges parata and dahi, buna channa, boiled chana groundnuts are some other healthy options if we plan properly nothing is impossible...and if you are hardworking physically even you can gain other micro nutrients from grains bcz if u have 4 to5 chapatis you will burn the calories by physical workand u will get the nutrients as well...everyone should listen to their body and healthy needs..these are my strategies
