I completely understand what your wife is saying Clayton. I've been saying this for a very long time when the big C 1st hit! Now lower the rates for borrowing but raise the price of what a house is worth and your not really saving but no one seems to understand how it works enough to do the simple math and see what's right in front of them. Also with that, many people don't understand who's job it is to do what and who can or can't actually perform certain actions on their own without the power of others who have to agree and vote for such and such to go through and get done so they point fingers to the guy in the hot seat and he gets blamed and then says something stupid which is the only thing he can think to say or whoever is teleprompting him to say which in this case is "There isn't any Inflation"!

Now there is a DEF shortage for diesel engines.

Basically it means every diesel engine truck or pickup 2010 or newer needs DEF otherwise they go into limp mode (5 mph).

So trucking companies are going to get hit even harder. It means layoffs or go belly up.

Inflation is real I noticed it at the gas station and grocery stores

Have you seen the gas lines at the gas station.. All day I was out today and every station had really long lines to get gas especially Sams because it is cheaper there

But at same time Clayton prices of things are higher than they were in the 70s so even 2% inflation is a bigger hit than in the 70s
