I understand the bubbles reduce efficacy as they prevent contact with plates.

Would it be a worth it to put a fan on the inside on the bottom, driven from beneath on the outside to blow bubbles up faster

You'd need to design and 3d print the container but I feel like it wouldn't hurt. You can get some crazy low volt amp fans these days

very dangerous indeed. a spark can kill you. Should separate H2 and O2. btw, I think you can use an ultrasonic device in the tank to "shake" the bubbles from the electrodes

Just made one myself running it on two car battery’s it’s drawing 12 amps at 24 volts so 288w peak. It makes a lot of hydrogen

Use a DC welder that's what I use with a much smaller cell and I'm getting way more hydrogen than you and you have a way better cell than I would like to see what would happen if you put power from a DC welder to it
