Thanks soo much for the recipe I just made these for the fam and we loved it! I did tweak it a little though I marinated my shrimp in Pear Gorgonzola dressing instead of bold citrus. I also didn’t have smoky salt so when smoking salt was needed I added a smoked paprika and sea salt blend. I also added a few dashes of cayenne pepper to the chipotle sauce. For garnish I added sliced avocados and limes. I made the kids the filling with the tortillas and since I’m on a diet I put my filling in lettuce wraps instead of tortillas. We also had churro chips on the side ❤🙂
