How about using SPXL for covered calls?

Isn't that backwards... you should sell calls at the PEAK, so you get max profit and then can close it out or ket it expire when it goes back down? Same for CSP, I'd sell those at the bottom for the exact same reason.

If I sell an option contract that will end in this coming Friday, if Friday ends and I didn’t close this contract, what will happen?
Will this contract converted to stocks ? or what ?
