0:12 - Iso-Rack Snatch to Thruster to Overhead Squat (5 reps/side)
1:54 - Alternating Overhead Press (5 reps/arm)
2:11 - Front Squat (5 reps)
2:24 - Clean (5 reps)
2:40 - Deadlift (5 reps)
[Do 3 Rds. - Rest 2-3 min. b/w each]

I started your Kettlebell Warrior Academy one month before a hernia surgery. That surgery was delayed so I started Phase 1 again.
I’m getting remarkable results, starting Phase 2 next week.
I’m 62 and always overtrained with no real idea what I was doing and too many basic exercises.
The KWA system avoids injury and quickly educates proper technique. The results are quickly evident.
KWA is a one year program, I’m certain I’m on the right path.
My delayed surgery is no longer a stressor as my strength is increasing so fast.
I’m looking forward to the year ahead.

Double 35’s and I almost died. I had to really push myself. I demanded more from myself in this workout than I have in a while. Great workout coach!!
