Easy lemon and basil cookie recipe

Lemon and basil cookie recipe.

Ingredients:
Butter 115 g
Sugar 170 g
Egg 1
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Lemon 1
Fresh basil 3 sprigs
Flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
a pinch of salt

Method:
Preheat oven to 190 degrees (374°F).
Place a non-stick saucepan on a medium-high heat put all ingredients and mix well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Spread the dough on a baking sheet with a teaspoon, leaving a distance of 3-4 cm between the cookies. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Let the cookies cool slightly and transfer to a serving platter.
