im 23 and cant stop i kinda did surgery on myself because of how deep i tried to get rid of them with my tweezer and nails I was bleeding but I couldn't stop myself I went to my dermatologist and he kept saying its normal these are normal. But I dont want this to be my normal I need to get ride of them for my own sake and health 😢

So...ive popped/squeeze them back when i was younger too. I tgink i ruined mine because they keep coming back and filling up. 🤦🏾‍♀️ If i dont squeeze they will fill up and can be painful/pressure and start to come out on their own. Atp it looks like a black head. And or have a weird smell (months)... can i show you??? U need helppp
