What if we do feel a very small lymph node? It's painless and it's very very small. Like half a pea. And it's solid. It's been around for 5-6 months

I have this exact pain but when I feel under my arm pit on the left side top off my ribs feel like a lump on my ribs but I’m not exactly sure If that’s how my ribs are but it’s painful too touch and also got lymph node in my neck u don’t know if that’s anything to do with it please help

Hiya Dr liz I was diagnosed with estrogen positive breast cancer in 2021 I had a left mastectomy with reconstruction
I suffered afterwards with a saroma which was drained it worked well, but noticed over time it's back right in my arm
Pit, after this I saw a lymadema nurse she has felt this hard marble lump which she has said is about 3cm non mobile so has referred me back to breast clinic my appointment is this Tues 23rd April
I'm so scared it's back but I'm trying to keep positive
Can a seroma grow go hard and calcified I'm thinking in that position, I'm scared xx
