My god I have all of those symptoms, including heart palpitations, I have early ovarian failure from the age of 13 I’m now 44 I just put it down to my menopause symptoms, or my HRT failing. The last 18 month have got a lot worse, with my eyesight deteriorating and twitch eye, random bruises. Time to go to the Dr for a check up me thinks

OMG i get random bruises sometimes! I wake up and i see marks and they are on my legs and arms. And i didnt hit myself and they dont hurt. I always wondered why i got them. Thank you for this i will go ask my doc that she checks my cortisol levels

I’m thin and it’s hard to tell sometimes but I have all of these symptoms. Need to address stress and poor diet. Need more sunlight. Need to stop doomscrolling for hours. Need to reframe how I view things at work. It’s a lot when you’re in a low mood. I’m sick of feeling and looking like crap though.

The humped back/neck for sure. Every time I go to an NFL game so many guys have that thick lump neck carrying a beer and eating the crap food there. They just look swollen

Wait till you hit menopause. The drastic weight gain is horrible and can’t be controlled. I was under 120 my whole life. Hit menopause while still vegan and working out 6 days a week. 40 lb weight gain. Can not get rid of it.
