Ingredients

1. Dry Figs (3)

2. Dry Apricots (3)

3. Dates, Deseeded (10)

4. Edible Tamarind (2 Tsp/ 10gm)

5. Freshly Shredded Coconut (70gm)

6. Cashews (For Garnishing)

7. Water

Method Of Preparation

• Wash figs, apricots and dates with clean water. Now soak these in 2 glasses of drinking water for 5-7 hours

• Same way, wash tamarind and soak it in ½ cup water. Soak for 5 to 7 hours. Now squeeze tamarind in the same water and strain this water. Remove the fibre from the tamarind

• Add this water to the water-soaked dry fruits

• Add freshly shredded coconut

• Blend the mixture in the blender

• Drink is now ready. Garnish with cashews
