I love that the menu at 7:56 said “real crab fries”. I learned the hard way in NJ and Phillie that crab fries were simply regular fries with Old Bay seasoning. What a let down!

Loved how the Banh-Mi went through almost a security frisking/Vietnamese authenticity check by Sonny. I find it crazy how high end Vietnamese restaurants make a Banh Mi cost like 10 times the price yet don't keep it authentic.

New Yorker here. Never eat Downtown unless you're trying to swing a big ding-a-ling. Go uptown to the Bronx. Still a little pricey compared to outside of the city, but this is where the working people live, so it's more affordable than the rest of the city. It's also among the more ethnically diverse boroughs, so the food is good and there's a broad range on offer.

The “burger” from the Chinese place is actually a 肉夹馍 (rou jia mo), a dish from Xi An. I really love it and I used to get it for takeaway on the way to school
