🌮 BULGOGI TACOS: Heat the tortilla. Add meat, slaw, hoisin sauce, Sriracha and top with cilantro.

🍟 COLORADO FRIES: Add two scoops of Colorado pork green chile sauce on top of fries. Add chicken, chihuahua cheese, chipotle crema and pico de gallo.

4. PAELLA DEPOT

🍛 PAELLA WITH EGG: In a large pan, add olive oil, garlic, onions, chorizo and mix. Add spice kit and saffron. Add tomatoes and continue mixing, then the paella rice and chicken stock. Wait until the rice absorbs the liquid then add chicken. Wait about five minutes then add salt, green zucchini, leaks, red bell peppers and green bell peppers. Mix everything, serve and enjoy.
