I like it when he covered the “most moist pakoras” line said by his friend, this shows the maturity level that he knows that more than one million people going to watch it and he said that everyone makes mistake because he doesn’t wish impact someone’s business in a bad way.

a bangladeshi man selling biriyani with indian name many pakistanis are also give their resturant name as indian know if they put bangladeshi food or pakistani food no one is coming to their food truck..this is the power of india...

Don't be fooled. The dosa man is Sri lankan and the biryani man is bangladeshi. They write Indian food because it is popular rather than writing sri lankan or bangladeshi food.

I don’t care how good the food is, I’m not standing in line for 2 hours for it. As good as the dosa man truck is, it’s mostly hype and there are a lot of other places that you can good dosas…

How long are you in NYC? I’m a NJ based pilot of Indian origin and would love to take you flying over Manhattan and make a vlog about it. I have been following your content for a bit and am inspired by your optimism and kind heartedness. I think this would make a great addition to your channel!

Even I had waited in the ‘Dosa Man’ queue and left in frustration. Not waiting 3 hours for a Masala Dosa.

Hey, Thanks for showing the Indian food stalls in NYC. I live in Queens, NYC and I suggest you to try out some street food in Jackson Height, especially the Fuchka. If you are still in NYC, I can show you up some NYC spots.

Dosa Wala (Mr Thiru) is originally from Sri Lanka and I once met him at the park. Lovely man and had lovely food too. You can try his Jaffna Breakfast next time. You will not be disappointed.

11:12 wow, you passed my favorite hole in the wall joint, curry in a hurry, where I used to eat my lunch in practically everyday when I worked in Manhattan. Gotta love the variety of food and culture in this city!

Mr Thiru Kumar is originally from Jaffna, Sri Lanka 🇱🇰. The language you refer to as "singally" is actually Sinhalese - it is one of 3 languages spoken in Sri Lanka :)

Had gone there once. Immediately after a storm with a friend of mine (former NYU student). There was zero line. No wait time and nobody after us. He made couple of Pondicherry's for us. We chit chatted with him a bit then took our meal. Then in 15 mins time it rained again. We got lucky I guess. He makes good dosas.

$9 for 1 dosa seeing the line can say that he must be making $1k in a day minimum and if we take the profit 50% that's $500 a day guy is earning solid $15k a month which even most Americans don't make 😂
