Pork fillet or pork tenderloin is the most tender cut of meat from the animal. They can become a little dry and really need a lot of sauce to compensate. This recipe with cream and mushroom sauce is very simple to make and goes perfectly with this cut of meat.

Joel, I made this last night. It was superb. I used apple juice (reduced sugar) and evaporated milk instead of white wine and heavy cream respectively. It was very good I must say.

Wow!, Wow!, Wow!...Made this today for Easter Dinner, although I’ve never cooked a Pork Tenderloin!! It was so tender and flavorful...the mushroom sauce was perfect! There are zero leftovers!! Thanks for sharing another wonderful recipe!!😁

Hey Joel, Nice Recipe! You know the meat market I use with the bargains, he had packages of boneless pork ribs, like 1.5 to 3.5 lb. Per package, and he trimmed them up nice because he had a lot of them, wanted them to look good, $2.69 per pound normal price, but now buy 1 package, and get 2 free, and then he put $1.00 per package off stickers to move them. I paid like $.80 per pound, bought 15 packages and used them in this recipe, that cut is pretty close to the tenderloin, I fed 4 households plus me, everyone loved it. Thanks again for sharing your recipes!
