The parry timing for chun's sa 2 is such that you have to input the first parry before the screen flashes for the super. this was one of the reasons that, at the time, chun's super was considered unparryable. Daigo had labbed out this groundbreaking parry for days back in Japan before taking it to Cali, and it was the first time the tech had ever been revealed to the public.
