Honestly, these people only took the jobs that people with documents didn't want. I want to see someone working on a hot summer day outside getting paid minimum wage. I don't see a lot of people jumping in to apply for these jobs right now??? Florida now will have to prepare to pay 40-50 dollars per hr for people to actually want to do these jobs.

Its hard to see DeSantis, whose leadership I admired during the Pandemic, make such a bad political decision. Trump has a similar stance towards illegal immigration. It shows how out of touch with the working class both of them are. Control the border? Yes! Punish hard working individuals and families that are here illegally but working hard and contributing to our economy/ paying taxes? Hell No!

Hmmmm, I am a big fan of Desantis but this is not the answer. Fix the system, give the people that legitimately want to work and pay into the system a legalization program.

America functions as it does due to immigrants. Fix it the problem by allowing them to be legal!
