I suggest placing all resistors with the same orientation. Obviously makes no difference BUT it looks better and more professional. 🙂

Haven't tried but looks great. Powering by USB is a significant advantage. One I have uses 9V, and inconvenient sometimes. One minor typo on PCB under Logo. Has to be 'Creative' not 'Creatve'.
Some suggestions for future.. Since analog pins of A4-A7 are available and utilizing LCD even more, and there is room on PCB, I would recommend to utilize those analog pins by connecting to LDR to read light/voltage value, temparature reader etc., Keep up with good work. Thanks, .

Is polarity important, e.g. diode, transistor... you can put +- or -+, into which holes to insert different components for the test?
