@Kevin... thanks for the vid and I recently subscribed to 365. In my Word --> Mailings, I don't have a Wizard option. Any ideas if this was removed from the latest office subscription and what would be the work around?

Hello! So cool. Thank you! All my contacts have 2 physical USPS mailing addresses. I have "This is the mailing address" checked for each contact's home address. What is the easiest way to mailmerge the business address all at one time without having to manually go to each contact and checkmark the business address as the mailing address? I've done some due diligence on this and I'm thinking I can create another subfolder with a duplicate contact list and select the business address as the mailing address, that would work, but it would be cleaner if there were some sort of way to toggle between the mailing addresses etc...

I'm having the worst time trying to figure this out. I have a system that exports names and mailing addresses in to word document but I can't figure out how to make each of those names/addresses attach itself to a single envelope. Every time i try, it only prints one column of names/address... help! haha

Thanks so much for this video, mail merging seemed to daunting to me. Your explaining and guiding was so so easy that I could not believe I got frazzled by mail merging. Well done. I followed each step pausing the video the complete the step and tahdah, it was done. Thanks a bunch. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

All was good until I got to the Browse part. I found my Excel sheet and clicked on Open. Then I get a box "Confirm Data Source" that defaults to OLE DB Database Files. ???? If I then click on "Show All" my only Excel choice is MS Excel Worksheets via DDE (*.xls) ???? and Word will not connect to this. Help!

Great videos. Why did you use the "address block/next record- address block" in the merge labels video, but not the merge envelopes video? Does it just advance to the next address automatically within the envelope program vs the label program?

Kevin, this doesn't work for Office 365 on a MacBook Pro. The interface is different. I keep searching but can't find video on how to do it on Mac. Can you assist? THANKS IN ADVANCE for your help!

I'm following your instruction step by step on mail merging. first I go to mailings, then I select start mail merge, in the drop down I only have letters, email messages, envelopes labels, directory and normal word document. I was wondering why my program doesn't look like yours? What must I do to get the step by step drop down added to my selection.

Hi Kevin great video but... how do you get the wizard to show up on the right side of the document. Also when I tried to select the cells it tells me there is no data, where I have 34 rows of data. I do have titles like name and address but it doesn't put check boxes in my excel spreadsheet either. So I'm doing something wrong. Can you tell me how to get the side wizard first?

Video is great! Hopefully I can use it for addressing the envelopes for my daughter's wedding invitations. Is there anyway to change the font on mail merge. I changed the font on my excel spreadsheet but it doesn't seem to be using my font.

Hello. I’m using excel to create labels with just data only. Can you use mail merge to import my data from excel and get the labels to fill the columns first (going down the document instead of across?)

Why did they stop 6 3/4 envelopes from printing? It is on word but when printing it is not recognized.
