I got PIP few days back in 4 year of my career as a full stack developer from one of the product based MNC company . After that, immediately i activated my nokri profile and start looking for change and putting very minimal effort to complete the pip target and given interview and got offer from 5 mnc product based company out of 7 which I attended interview within 23 day of pip and got 50 % hike also so always believe in your self you can do whatever you want because everyone problem came along with solutions as well.

At the end after resigning when exit interview is conducted by HR team I said everything clearly why my manager putted me on pip and now my manager is screwed by HR 🤣😂

Wow u told the truth I'm working in an IT company I got PIP twice.. they deliberately failed me twice even my performance was better than others . They also not assigned me jobs on time as well to show less productivity still I did OT to cover it. If I did know about the PIP earlier . I would search for a new job . Now my company is forcefully asking my resignation without notice period . I denied and I asked them for termination letter . Let's see what happens . I don't know where could I find a new job soon in this covid 19 So please don't get fooled by urself.

My Story goes like this :
My Stint at an XYZ company as a fresher lasted for a month. The leads in the company gave a lot of work to do, me being an eager beaver didn't let go of any opportunities.As far as I know I performed pretty well, but within days of joining, the management team schooled me and told me that you will put into PIP for X days and there's no guarantee that you could continue here. So I started searching for jobs the minute I signed the PIP. With a heavy heart I managed to finish the complete PIP period and was thrown out of the company. Now I found another company where I am working presently.
Moral : Even new recruits(fresher) are fired without a second thought.

Private Firms have bosses who are mightier than the Almighty so bow down your head and obey what ever they say if you wish to survive in the ocean of uncertainties.

I worked in IT industry for 19 months, I got email from HR directly that you are in PIP and period given is 15 days . I asked my manager he said HR didn't ask my feedback.you can just talk to HR directly and today they deducted my salary also. please advise me what to do . my manager always appreciate my work

Let me tell you mine story, me was hired by accenture in 2012 as ASE. It was a living hell for me working 14-16 hours a day everyday of a week. After 11th month they extended the probation period and initiated PIP with unachievable targets.

I was only like 23 year old first job and it was like a dead end for me. In that project everyone was a pervert from manager to TL, everyone. They use to take newly joined girls and fuck them to give them on sites. I choose not to perform as the consequences were going to be the same termination.

Instead I registered a domain and open a website where I wrote each and everything about the projects by clearly mentioning the name of persons in the projects. I also abused them and their family on that website. The site got the attention of the client and they read about it. Since domain and hosting was my own so they couldn't do anything about it. 😂😂😂

Eventually the manager was out and project got scrapped. To this day I am proud of what I did. I left IT field after that it was my first and last company.

I am a government official right now in PSU company and accenture handles our servers and operations. Can you believe it 😂😂😂.

Moral of the story is if someone did something wrong with you. Don't cry out here and there. Do something about it and it may sound somewhat psychopath but I am sure the manager and tl who did this with me will think of me 1000 times before doing anything wrong with an innocent person.

Thanks a lot, sir for explaining PIP. My management recently came to know that I'm leaving the company for higher studies in the next 2-3 months so he decided to put me in PIP. Is notice period of 3 months is given after the PIP?

Sir, I entered in to PIP and they did not told me about notice period about the PIP, and suddenly said PIP is failed so we are terminating u and not paying any notice period salary .
In pip i was in project so i was billable if i resign that time sure they will say u need to serve notice of 3 months and also pay back joining bonus though that time getting good offers .

Needs answer to one Question.
If I resign during PIP and my notice period ends after the PIP ends. Will I be allowed to serve the notice period or will I have to leave when PIP ends?
