even if this was a fair fight ( it isn't the person doing mental math could have a higher lookup table stored in memory), the person typing on the calculator would take longer than the length of this video if they had the potentially 74 button pushes to do even at 0.75 seconds per button push. (55.5 seconds total).

This makes sense since mental math kid practiced a lot more. You have to in order to get to that level. The calculator girl is a noob and probably only uses calculator when required for work. I'd be curious the difference between fastest calculator vs fastest​ mental math.
