In the video you talked about the ability to pass field information from the App form to a Power Automate flow. Have you created that video yet?

can anyone explain why this approach to sending email from an existing powerapp application with large number of users is better then using the function directly in the powerapp ? I am advised that the direct powerapp method would require to remove all users and then to add them to enable authorization - can anyone explain more ?
