I got these from eBay a few weeks ago I’ve had them next to my gaming chair with a bottle of water on my desk and every time I die on cod or get my breath back I pick them up and do as many as I can and I do them so much a day it’s unreal they’re very useful and my veins are starting to pop out of my arms

They're just pvc ( cement) to all people who are asking if this is good quality for home gym, yes, if u are looking for just homegym equipment or cheaper one. But not the best one really, if u want something unbreakable or have best quality that last forever u better buy cast iron dumbell.

I got this and the plastic ends of the foam bar started falling apart after 2 weeks. After only 4 weeks, it fell apart completely.

Yo I have these exact set of dumbbells worked great lol although they did feel mildly light compared to other dumbbells when doing curls lol other than that great set do recommend

I think the max is 50 kg cause i have one of these that is 40 kg and you can buy more plates like 1.25, 2.5, 3, 5, 10 kg

These are horrible and brake fast. I can recommend the dumbbells from Decathlon. They cost a little more, but are all metal and will last forever. They are also far more accurate.

I have these but I want to make them heavier. Can the plastic bar handle more weight? If not, can I enlarge the hole by 5mm in the center of the weights to allow a metal bar in it?
