I feel a bit sorry for Shocker. He's got great tech, and a great look, Spider-Man usually beats him. He's still one of my favorite Spider-Man foes.

The big difference between Moth and Shocker is that Moth was already a joke in his debut, whereas Shocker was actually a tough opponent for Peter in his debut and was still a tough foe in later appearances in the 60s up until the late 90s/early 00s. And I love the costume.

I liked the version from the animated show "Spectacular Spiderman". First as Montana, then as Shocker and then with the new Enforcers.

The shocker's Costume is very colourful and cool also the Vibro-Smashers are Totally Wicked the Way he Uses them is awesome

I always had a soft spot for this guy, ever since i first saw on a play through of spider-man 2 enter electro. Ever since then he’s been one of my favorites, i’ve always pictured him as being incredibly short tempered, and the comics i’ve read with him include Web of spider-man #10, #109 and the amazing spider-man #364.

You gotta give Herman some respect He's been humiliated by Spider Man, treated as a Joke by like 90% of the planet and even other D-listers treat him like a pile of Steamy quilted shit. And yet he does not give up and still tries to show the world that he can mean business especially to Good ol' Peter Parker. A+++ for effort buddy A+++ indeed.

I do like the comparison between Shocker and Killer Moth, both want respect but only difference is Killer Moth is a joke and a laughing stock (but hes still a legendary batman villain) where Shocker is a tough opponent
But i would also compare Shocker with another underrated dc villain Lester Buchinsky/Electrocutioner, Shocker and Electrocutioner have shock gauntlets as weapons and theyre essentially thugs... With a boost, i would love to see Bokeem Woodbine (he's not bad as an actor, he's underrated) reprise the role of Herman Schultz in a future MCU Spiderman film where hopefully he'll become Shocker and hopefully Michael Mando will be back as Mac Gargan/Scorpion (lets hope Schultz or Gargan doesn't end up like Michael Keaton's Vulture: Trapped and stranded in the Sony Spiderman Universe but at least in that universe there's Lizard, Electro, Carnage, Black Cat, Venom and Morbuis, potentially Kraven The Hunter and Chameleon)

Actually the shocker has a lot of potentials. I think he's underated. They just need to make the powers of the gauntlet. Not easy to take away from him. I never saw him as a joke or goofy just a memorable villain like. The scorpion. . What's goofy that nobody mentions about is the elephant inn the room that almost all of spider Man villains are green and at least he's a different color custom guy . 😂😂.
