I'll admit, when I kept reading that two sets per exercise was enough, I was skeptical. But I'll admit, I've seen great progress doing this. The best part? The time it saves you. 💯

Now I do full body 3x p/wk and only do 12 sets per workout spread out over six exercises and two sets per. You actually get WAY more intensity being able to push harder knowing you've only got two sets. Versus slightly holding back to cover more sets across.

Doing two sets to save time, and cos I injured my right rotator cuff; no tear but sore when I lift. Also doing high reps for push and pull. More volume for rear delts as usual.

Heading home from doing 20-25 working says a without to now only about 10-12. Yeah I was skeptical too. I started gaining muscle again and looking bigger. Small injuries that would just be annoying have cleared up. That constant fatigue I used to feel all the time is now gone. I still get sore but I'm not completely fatigued like I used to be.

If you're going hard enough to stimulate muscle growth than two sets should be all you can take. If you absolutely want to do a third set then make that set a very light set for a pump.

I do 1 warm up and then only 2 sets of heavy and to failure around 6 reps but slower motion good form

What is that even mean? Muscle volume speaks 0. I bet he's way stronger than you
