I'd definitely rather see a rad paddock for Cowtrina & the new llama than a fancy shed. Put some trees, bushes, maybe a very small pond/pool, something that looks like a water trough.

I think that you should make Fae Fae a little dog house, like the one you had in the seasons rags to riches. Also, I think the farm would look better if you just kept the original animal sheds.

Guessing James didn't see all the comments saying to use the natural well lot trait then lol. It's not cheating cos you have a big pond on a farm, totally legit for farms to have their own water source and system

I’m on board for aging up Fae Fae next episode because interactions are so limited as puppies. Silly really, training absolutely begins as puppies! Also having a nice paddock area rather than custom sheds sounds better, especially since you play with walls down.

I had a late comment on the last one but hope you see this now. I did a thing where I 'disabled' my sprinklers and also installed puddle prevention. That way the sprinklers only work long enough to water the crops and then turn off. I dunno if it was either or both of those that fixed it, but the water use was cut D R A S T I C A L L Y

I actually like the look of the normal animal sheds. I feel like building something around them is a waste of money especially since you need that money to buy more important things for your farm.

-age up the dog next episode
-make a nice area for the animals rather than build a customer shed as they often give you trouble anyways

If you want to get your fruits and veggies out of the household inventory, you can place them on the selling table then “clear table” they’ll go straight to your person inventory. It at least eliminates having to pick them up one by one off the ground!

Honestly I think a nice area for the shed might be nicer than a custom barn, in this let's play. A custom barn would be a interesting seperate video, where you are maybe not limited by money etc 😂
I'd also actually just use the solar roofing. You can manually deduct some money so it's less "cheaty" but it's a nice way to make some additional energy without having to sacrifice additional space etc.

So as someone who used to live on/near a few farms, I think it would be neat to see Trenton maybe go down the Vet aspiration and have a personal farm Vet to make you wellness treats and the like.

Then you can age the pupper up and keep all the animals healthy without ever leaving the lot.
