As someone with multiple insta accounts with over 100k, this is all very true - at least in my own experience. Posting 24 posts a day is WAY more effective as opposed to taking a few days to make one really high quality post. Youtube is WAY better for reaping the benefits of quality over quantity. Awesome video!
