I'm a Leo, Pisces rising...so yes I have always felt I am not a typical Leo. You mentioned Pisces being persecuted in past lives or living very spiritual lives. I've had spiritual readers tell me that I've been a nun, school teacher and a queen that never had a voice or say in matters and always felt they were limited. What I've caried on to this life is finding that confidence and platform for my voice. Which Leos tend to carry that confidence and leadership...walking contradiction here lol working on the balance! Leo sun, scorpio moon and scorpio ascendent. In my teens looking back scorpio energy was strong. I def feel all aspects of my main signs. I resonate with leo and scorpio but the energies can wax and wane or go through cycles for me. I feel my Leo energy most in warmer months and scoripo more in cooler and colder months. Its funny many people have told me in my life that I can be intimidating when I first meet them or seem mysterious and its always struck me as odd because I do not see myself that way. I do tend to go into observer mode in new situations (scorpio) and as I become comfortable my leo self will emerge more. I feel a tug of war at times with aspects of myself. Hard to balance the two energies

I am a Cancer Rising, Sag Sun, Capi Moon and Venus. I definitely see myself as the Cancer Rising-emotional and Nurturing. I'm always the babysitter, I take care of everyone. I often say I think someone lied about when I was born because some of my chart just isn't me. I’m a Sag ascendant and this totally connects. I’m also a Sag north node. 2 years ago in the middle of a very emotional conversation I uttered the phrase “I just want to be free”..I’ll never forget it. Great information. In my personal experience I see the ascendant as more of how you want (subconsciously) to be seen. It’s more subtle to others and more personal/intimate to yourself. This is who you want to represent. You are working through the houses to become your ascendant energy. Your moon is where you feel comfortable, but it’s ungrounded energy because it’s the moon.

I never really believed in astrology until I read about my rising sign! Virgo rising is me! Not my sun sign cancer. I definitely like to plan and have a lot of anxiety going into a situation blind.

Scorpio sun, rising and venus. Pisces moon. Taurus north, Scorpio south. I have found most people find me very intimidating or intense when they first see me.

Regardless of that (or perhaps because of it), I have found many people feel the need to tell me their life stories. Though many will avoid me because of it too, they know I can see beneath the surface.

My experience has been somewhat lonely. I've had really close friends for a time. But no one really permanent other than immediate family. When it comes to relationships the most common reason I'm told for it not working out is that "I'm too good for someone". Even when they know what my own personal challenges and difficulties are.
