I have Scorpio 1st house, including my Pluto ruler and Black Moon Lilith, illuminated by a Grand Trine Pisces Mars in 5th and Cancer Jupiter in 9th. It runs very deep, very mystical, dreamy, dark, intense, expansive, it packs a punch 😂 It complements very well my Capricorn stellium + Moon in 3rd. All this to say, I’m a Taurus Sun conjunct Mercury in 7th, YES to the being very Venusian in my relationships but dear god it is not the most significant energy in my chart. Understanding this helped me integrate so many aspects of my shadow and embracing the unique blueprint of the energy I give off. I like to say, the rising sign is the highest version of yourself. It comes later on in life as you ascend. 💜🖤🤍

I love this video, and the approach. When I discovered what rising sign really is, I stopped introducing myself with the Sun sign.

I am Leo rising, and I relate to this sign way more than anything in my chart, this is me. My Sun is in Capricorn, and I definitely see Capricorn traits as something that I value or hold of high regard as some type of ideal, this is a lot of what I am aware of as well - boundaries, responsibility, stamina. But this is not my pesonality at all

This video on the Ascendant is one of the best I have seen. I am a Sagittarius rising and I always relate more to Jupiter in Scorpio. It Trines my Sun in Pisces and I also have the Moon in Sagittarius in the 1st house. But, Mars is the Ego (the character you play) The Sun is ones authentic Self. The Big 3 to me Is The ruler of your rising, your Sun, and Mars.

It's really true. Ascendant is very important and evident. I am a Pisces Sun but Taurus Ascendant. People often see me as a Quiet Lad but when I am angry that's another story. I talked a lot and I'm like the Taurus Sun Sign People when being angry. I am not too shy as my Pisces Sun Sign Personality fades away its shyness when I'm meeting new people. My Pisces Sun Sign energy makes me feeI always that I want changes in my life but my Taurus Ascendant energy made me feel that I don't need to change anything in my life including myself since Taurus is a Fixed Sign. So hell yeah, ASCENDANT makes a lot of sense.

My Leo Rising is ruled by an Aquarius Sun. Lmao I do relate to Leo Rising for sure, and how I used to seek to be important to others. Ending up learning through others more about myself. Jupiter Rx in first house. I have a Stellium in Aqua, though, so I heavily resonate there, too.

I genuinely feel like my sun sign, Cancer, and my rising sign, Gemini, are just two equally important aspects of my personality. I absolutely love being at home and having my space cozy, surrounded by my loved ones, but I also want to know everything about everything and can appear a lot more sociable than I actually am. Those are both equally valid aspects of my personality, so my combination couldn't be more perfect.

i'm a libra rising with a sun in leo and i've got the moon and venus conjunct in libra while mars is conjunct my sun with just a degree separating them 😅 i've definitely seen how both manifest in my life. i'm into visual arts and all the sports and physical activity i've shown interest in are more "solo" performance arts which make things look easy but in fact are super metal, namely stuff like ballet and figure skating. i think it really shows the libra-leo energy especially with mars thrown into the mix. i always want to make shit look pretty in an extra way that would put any competitors to shame but not so much that it would be cringe-ly overbearing. also doesn't help that jupiter is hanging out in leo 🙃

I love this discussion of the asc. In my studies, I found it compelling that my rising at 7° Leo is the fixed star Praesaepe. One of the attributes of that star indicates blindness of the left eye, and while I am not blind per se, I have always had very poor eyesight out of the left eye, while my right eye is nearly perfect vision. Pretty crazy right?? Since I fell in love with studying astrology, I have to say that it is easy to look at people and spot physical characteristics that do truly point to their rising sign. Fascinating stuff. Leo rising always has the hair, the mane of the lion, we are vane about our hair... every rising sign has those certain things. Love this Cam.

A Virgo ascendant will focus is life on work, a Leo ascendant will focus on creativity and popularity, a Scorpio ascendant will deal with chaos and loss and transformation, a Cancer ascendant will focus on family, a Sagittarius ascendant will focus on exploring the world and higher knowledge...etc. Isn't that true?

LOVED this video. I am Sag Sun, Aquarius Ascendent, Cancer moon. I definitely identify with the Sag in a lot of ways, and since learning about the whole rising sign thing a few years ago it just added so much. Yes I definitely identify with Aquarius as well. I find a lot of similarities and what’s different seems to compliment. Cancer moon was great for homeschooling my kids. 😂 It’s now time for me, I’m 58 years old and feel like my life has just begun. Well with me there is no difference ....we all have a 1 in 12 chance that our Sun and Rising is the a Gemini Sun, Gemini Rising and Gemini Mercury....all the 1st my Moon in a whole lot of Mercury there, and people have said that I'm Genuine, What you see and hear is what you get! I like that, to me it's a complement!
