This was ok.. the sauce was really thick but I think that's because I cooked the butter and flour a bit too long.. also I used mozzarella, the 4 cheese Mexican blend, and a pack of the kraft mac n cheese powdered stuff (don't judge, I wanted to work with what I had and it was too bland without it) and the flavor wasn't too bad.. And I halved the recipe which still makes a good amount for a couple of people imo

No seasoning? Hmmm...I can almost bet that that is one bland mac and cheese dish. Mac and cheese needs seasoning.

She can't cook lol. Mix salt and pepper in your sauce, Use 2 instead of 4 cups of milk, Use cold milk. Not every YouTube cooking video is made by an expert.

i wouldn't call this "easy". The one-pot recipes i've seen i'd consider easy

she said 6 ingredients so i knew she wasn't going to use any seasoning...but, OMG add some seasoning! cheese, milk and macaroni don't really have any taste...mixing them altogether without any seasoning and you'll just end up with one bland mac and cheese...
