Hello Mr. Mandhar, good video and clear explanation I must confess... My question is, I had a recruiter that suddenly passed after connecting me with an employer here in the USA, am now confused about my l-140, how ever, he said he has filed it while he was alive, but no receipt number or LIN NUMBER was sent to me either by him or the USCIS. Please how do I go about this? Am 8 months now with my employer, also choose the adjustment of status path. I need suggestions please.

Thank you Mandhar for the details. I have been searching internet for EB based consular processing details for a while. Few questions I have 1. When you travel for the first time to US after EB based consular processing, what all documents other than the package we have to carry. Can we enter any port in US? 2. After the visa is stamped, what if my employer don't have a job opportunity for me in US before the visa expiry date? Could I travel still to US by myself and get another job in US? Appreciate if I could get some details on the questions

I have got the EB-1A petition approved while in India. Since this was a self petition, do I still need to have a US offer ? Also, you mentioned about the delays in EB2 and EB3 consular processing due to the backlogs. Does it hold true for EB-1 as well ? I assume that EB1 consular should be faster than EB2/EB3, right?

At the moment its taking 4-5 weeks for getting check encashed or getting receipt notice. Can you share more insight info. it will definitely help community. Hi Mandar, you always provide great information. I really need some urgent advice. I am on L1A status with approved I-140 and submitted I-131-, 765, 485 in Dec 2020. Is my family in Singapore eligible for consular processing. I am told that they can do it only after my I-485 is approved. Is this true? Can you please reply.

Hi sir,
I want to apply TRV outside Canada. I had my approved pgwp which I applied inside Canada.
While, I was applying trv I getting apply for pgwp outside Canada again. I change my options, for questions like Do you have an employer for job or lmia who support job letter- Yes/No - if I put Yes - I am getting apply for TRV but in my case I didn’t have any employee it’s NO .
Then how to apply TRV outside Canada with approve PGWP.

Hi, My previous Employer filled by GC Application on 2010 and it was filed under Consular processing, I am in India and working with different employer, I recently got email from NVC with interview letter to attend Visa interview at US Consulate . My previous employer is no able to provide me offer letter . Query is that if I find any new employer who is going to give me employment in US then will this offer letter be accepted when I go for my Interview at US Consulate.
