This was a great video! I found your blog this week as I am looking for more information about this. I scheduled a consultation, but it's only at the end of the month. I don't hear much about how this process works with an International Student. I'm currently with F1 status and on my CPT, changing soon for my OPT. I'm about to graduate from my MBA. The company I'm working for wants to sponsor me, but my biggest question is, I have already gone through the hiring process; they have had ads and everything it needs to have for a hiring process. Do they still need to do the ads and hiring process again or to prove what they did?

Hello Michael, I filed the perm but teh DOL classified me as "Schedule A", so I could not have the Certified PERM. I filed the I-140, received an RFE because they wanted the certified PERM. I replied that since it is "Schedule A" I cannot get it and they denied the GC. What is my responsibility? One government office said so and the other denied... This is absurd.
