They say on the crest site to not brush until AFTER and do it gently.

I started doing this in the morning and I read the box and it states NOT to brush your teeth before applying them! That could be why you experienced some issues :/

You are not supposed to brush your teeth before. Maybe that is why you didn't get the results you were hoping for??

I Feel You, Pretty Darly☀️🌻💚😉.
Personally, didn' find the strip's to be, particularly immense.
However, I have recently started using crest's | {bread soda w/ charcoal/ paste}, & I have Real belief this one has begun, to move mountains out my way! 😁
I'm sure you have, likely tried also, your *(Magnificent, Astronomical) Self*, though, if not would, Highly recommend. Cheap as fries at wallmart😍.
