I’d use it for like 5 days at most cuz my teeth are very yellow, but never understood why people are so obsessed with having the whitest teeth ever. No one I know has white teeth (I don’t think)

The thing about strips is, they dont reach your back teeth. So only the front teeth get white. Why? Can they not mske strips to reach the molars. I personally use trays but its much harsher on your teeth.
