Maybe what could help speeding up the character animation and clothing production is how Hades approached it, or at least similar. Like creating a base 3D Model and the important keyframes with it, then draw over the clothes etc. Nontheless very good looking game, looking forward to more progress!

From one animator to another, that’s a helluva walk cycle! I mainly do 3D shaded to look 2D cuz I don’t have the patience to draw on model but I love the look of hand-drawn animation
