I play an inexpensive student violin. As a beginner, it’s right for me. I certainly don’t want to project. The colors it has come from my hands.
It would be nice if Olaf would stop the distracting “yeah, yeah, yeah”. That was the Beatles……otherwise, I’m glad he interviewed Ray, he is a fountain of violin knowledge. Together, they could design and build an amazing fiddle.

Olaf's "yeah, yeah, yeah" interjections distract from Ray. I even think Ray had trouble speaking at the beginning because of them. I made the same suggestion in your Italy violin school video to try and control your interjections when interviewing someone on camera. It takes time and awareness of yourself but as a viewer it'd be a huge improvement.
