Fantastic! I live in the US, come from NM but have been in the south nearly 25-30 years. Everything in the south is made to fry. Not true but that’s the basic diet. I can’t eat it, it upsets my stomach. Husband died but I broke my foot and back lifting him. I know but in emergencies you do what you have to. We were old, he’s young now so it’s just me. Old. Soft bones. Takes awhile to heal. I can only stand so long and do so much. Every one of these recipes are fast and easy. If I eat another PB&J, I won’t bother. THESE are flavors I like and this is EASY. Thank you!! Seriously!
