It’s best to first pop the sacs, and then have squad mates hit it with strikes or the usual 2 shot heavy weapons.
Bile titans that have lost both sacs go down with a single rail cannon strike, 500kg splash, air strike, or orbitlaser but goes down much faster compared to one with sacs intact.

you gotta aim at the green parts of butt/belly, same as regular autocannon from what ive heard

45 bullets lol, its like 25 if u aim to head
i recommend use only the arm on which side u have the view on, like u can change shoulder so the aim of each arm is better in that side
