Marry Me Chicken recipe

3 chicken breasts (approx weight 200g each)
Olive oil to cook chicken.
2 garlic - chopped
1 cup of sun-dried tomatoes (store-bought)
300ml light cream (feel free to use thickened cream or double cream)
season with salt and pepper
garnish with parsley
1/2 cup of pasta water (I mentioned 1 cup just in case I needed more)

Pasta or spaghetti enough for 3 servings
