I usually buy local retail soil and I pay $25 for it and they come and dump it on my drive way then me an mi husband and dem pickney help me shovel it and bring it in the back in the beds then I top off the beds with good bag bag soil. Wayyyy cheaper.

New subscriber here. This video really caught my eye. Next year I will be planting in 8 raised beds. Filling them maybe a little pricey for me. I wanna do huegel culture.

Thank you, Farmer Pat. I'm wondering what you think about raised bed gardening vs in ground. I haven't built beds yet, partially because I think I can get bigger yields growing in rows. Have you found that raised beds help you to produce more food?
