PIECE OF ADVISE: Don't do it, is worst removing it than leave it in the mouth, if we talk in terms of toxicity to the body.
Removing it releases harmful compounds and steams that can be dangerous to inhale. It needs to be done under very careful methods and knowledge of the posible contamination with mercury to the body and all the implications to health if that occurs, I can say that not all doctors have that knowledge. Please make a research of what I am saying before doing something like this. Health before aesthetic❤

Use a carbide like a 245 to avoid pulverizing the amalgam and decreaae exposure to mercury. Cut the filling out in large chunks.

The reason people switch from amalgam to composite is because over time, metal shrinks and expands whenever you drink cold or hot drinks, food etc. and this causes micro-fractures in the tooth which get bigger with time, and you get cavities that can get in.

Não é indicado esse tipo de remoção, ideal é partir ela ao meio em Cruz, e remover os pedaços, diminuindo a volatilidade do mercúrio e por consequência o risco de contaminação.
