Great video. Question: how’s it holding up? I’m installing mine and framing it tighter with wood as well. However it occurred to me that maybe wood and heat aren’t the best in close proximity. Or am I overthinking it?

I bet you guys were supper happy to get this stove top. That was really cool how hubby was able to measure and put that right in. I miss my dad he use to do all that. Looks great and I heard so much about super clean.

Thanks, I just broke one burner, bc I was bringing a cast iron out of the oven and even though I had my silicone gloves on, I have bad hands, you know carpal
Tunel. On trying to not let go of the hot Cast iron skillet and my hand and the tendon pulling I hit a burner, and now it's only 3 left. In your video you say its 16 years old and that's exactly what mine is, we've been here 16 years this july 2022
We just replaced the fridge 2 months ago, I guess the stove, didn't want to look old next to the fridge. 😀😃😄

I had your same old cooktop. I'm trying to figure out which cooktop i can replace it with. My oven is underneath the cooktop. My old cooktop has cracked and chipped. Please help me. Lol. Oh wow I bet that was difficult to Cook with only part of your burner working. That super clean did a great job at getting that grease from around your stove. Mark did a phenomenal job and I love that you do have two big burners and not just one. Perfect timing for the holiday so you can make that good dinner if you’re cooking.
